All rates are for 2 people. Additional people are charged at $25/night/pp. However, this is subject to change at any time and we reserve the right to charge an overall unit rate during Peak periods.
Bookings are only confirmed after receipt of your deposit.
Off-peak – a one night’s deposit required; balance payable at check-in.
Peak – 50% required at booking; balance payable at check-in.
Deposits can be made by direct deposit to our Surfside account or by credit card.

If less than 30 days notice is given, your deposit is forfeited unless we can fully fill the vacancy.
If more than 30 days notice is given, your deposit is refunded.
During Easter and Christmas holidays your 50% deposit will be forfeited if less than 60 days notice is given.
Please check with us first, as not all of our chalets are suitable for pets.
There is a once off fee of $50/pet.
Charges will apply if additional cleaning is required, or if any facilities are damaged. Further information about bringing your pet will be provided upon booking, as well as at check-in.

Dishes to be washed, dried and put neatly away.
Remove all rubbish and recycling to correct outside bins.
Chalet to be left in a neat and tidy state.
Charges will apply for excess cleaning time over and above the norm, or for any property damages.
