High Season: we require a 50% deposit.
Seasons:
Low - 1st May - 30th Nov - excluding school holidays and long weekends.
Shoulder - 1st Dec - 30th April plus school holidays and long weekends (excluding Peak Periods)
Peak - Dec/Jan School Holidays, Easter, Labour Day Long Weekend (March). Please note Dec/Jan- weekly min subject to negotiation.
